About Us

OUR MISSION: Lemay Child & Family Center provides quality early care and education to children and their families in a nurturing environment. The Center is committed to diversity and inclusion, and encourages parent and community involvement.

All children, regardless of their family's financial situation, are welcome at our Center. As an inclusive Center, we serve many children with diagnosed physical and/or developmental delays.

We are a United Way agency. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and we are licensed by the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

Our primary programs include:

• Infant and Toddler Care from 6 weeks to 2 years
• Early Childhood Education for children ages 2 through 5
• School-age care for children in kindergarten through age 12
• Family Literacy and English as Second Language for parents
• Center-based Parents as Teachers
