Our Board

As a non-profit organization, Lemay Child & Family is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community volunteers. The Board has set a strategic vision for our Center which includes eight key focus areas:

• Ensuring access to high-quality early childhood education regardless of family income or a child's developmental level
• Partnering with parents
• Providing a positive working environment for early childhood and family education professionals
• Advocating for children
• Meeting community needs
• Providing effective programs
• Ensuring financial viability
• Ensuring appropriate facilities for our programs

Additionally the Center bases decisions on three criteria;

• Program Effectiveness
